We have a pretty flexible schedule and can usually schedule new clients quickly. We will give you some forms to fill out that will help us and which will also help you focus on the most important issues you have.

Note:  We cannot give legal advice over the phone or by email unless we have already been retained by a client.

If you have questions you need answered, we can set an appointment for you to come in for a face-to-face meeting.

We do charge our standard hourly rate for consulations.  The reason is that we normally evaluate the facts of your case, give valuable legal advice and discuss possible strategies. In other words, we provide useful and practical information. We do not treat consulations as a superficial visit.

We are located  in the Commerce Building which is located at the corner of 7th and Throckmorton in Downtown Fort Worth, near Sundance Square.  You can enter the building on 7th Street or through the parking garage (if you drive here).  There are a few parking meters nearby, but you have to be real lucky to find one open.  We validate your parking if you park in the garage attached to our building.

We provide free parking in the parking garage attached to our building. Entrances are at the intersection of 8th and Throckmorton Streets and on Taylor Street, about a block south of 7th Street.
